Our homeschool group is reporting in that we are not seeing monarchs in this area. We are looking for monarchs both for Journey North and the UMN Monarch Larval monitoring project. We have been looking for adults, eggs and larvae in our UMN project field and have found none. We have also been out looking in many areas of Reston, Herndon, Leesburg and have also not found any. About a month ago we had a very few sightings of adults and that has been it. We are wondering where they are?
