. We looked up at our huge elm
tree in the back yard and and it was absolutely fluttering with monarchs. We
assume we became a hatching point on the migration and in fact it was the
first time we had spotted any monarchs this season. I guess we'd missed them
previously if there were eggs to hatch but I don't know enough to know. Is
this information important to the migration? Might it repeat again next
season?
