No Monarchs, no larvae, no eggs at my home milkweed patch in Virginia Beach lat/long above. At Norfolk Botanical Gardens (36.907N/-76.197W) at approx 5 PM, 73 degrees, light wind esti 15 mph, partly cloudy after two days of scattered thunder showers, no Monarchs, no larvae, Two (2) eggs but no evidence of the little critters eating. At the Va Tech Research station (36.888N/-76.180W) no Monarchs, no larvae, no eggs and no evidence of little ones eating. At an open field patch of common milkweed (36.835N/-76.045W) still no Monarchs, no larvae and no eggs and no evidence of any activity.
