Whales from the Air
The morning of Feb. 27th, 2013, professional photographer Craig Tooley was in an airplane flying over the Mendocino Coast. He photographed a pod of Gray Whales migrating north. The pod included two mother/calf pairs and approximately eight accompanying adults. He has graciously allowed me to share one of his photos here with you.
