    Question: "When do groundhogs really come out of hibernation where you live?"
    Groundhogs in around Springfield, IL come out usually in mid-February with
    daily temperatures in upper 30's to mid 40's.
    Our source for this information was the Director of our Henson Robinson Zoo.
