Hi, I understand that cats kill alot of birds. I think that people being =
the "pet owner" take responabilty and do other things besides make new =
laws, such as putting a bell on the cats collar. Getting your cats spay =
or nuter also makes them stick more at home. I personally believe that =
those r the kinds of thing we can do to help the birds. Put feeders out =
