By asking this question, you have touched a nerve with me. I am
tired of neighbors' cats stalking my birds. I feel cat owners are
very irresponsible. I have watched cats make a bee line for my
house. But I don't know where they live. I passed literature around the
neighborhood, but to no avail. I have thought about
trapping the cats and calling the animal control. I hesitate, however, to
remove someone's pet . What should I do? I really
worry about my birds.
