I feel there should be a law restricting the movements of cats. Owners should
be required to keep their cats indoors or on leashes. Everyone says that cats
have eminent domain, but that
is rediculous. Who is the boss here? Owners should control their
pets, not the other way around. In Oakmont, this issue was raised,
but the council felt that cats could not be controlled because of their
nature. I would be willing to help with a national campaign to
make people aware of this problem. However, in today's society,
people are so "me" oriented that I don't think they would care about their
neighbor's home or the birds in the sky.
