Some of the causes of diease or death to manatess are that the water in were they live in could be polluted, or there can be a shortage of food. Also the food that they could eat could be sick or have a diease and that could kill them or get them sick. All of these are natural causes excpt for the humans polluting the water and then that would be human. I think that the food shortage is the most harmful of of these. The least harmeful I think is the food the eat being sick.
