Dear jn,
Our class voted. We decided that it's too late to change the controls
for this year. We thought that maybe jn participants could use the
time before Sept. 2000 to think of a way to allow some watering.
Maybe there could be a way to make it the same for every garden. Like
limiting the amount, or only watering if there are really dry
conditions. Could we measure how much water is in the soil to keep it
close to being even? Maybe Texas could run a separate experiment and
be a separate project within the jn site.
