    The robin looks bigger and fluffier becauese it feeds on berries most of
    the winter. They fluff their feathers to protect them from the cold. The
    robin is a male because its feathers on the top and sides of the head
    are black and the chin and throat are white with black streaks. The
    colors are bright which indicate a male. The pupil of the robins eye is
    smaller because of the glare off the snow. The color of the iris is
    brown.
