    The robin in the picture looks bigger and fluffier because it's cold and
    it has grown more feathers. The bird is a male and you can tell by its
    distinctive colors. The robins pupils are smaller because the sunlight
    is reflecting off the snow on the ground and causing them to squint. The
    color of the iris is red.
