1. yes we can predict the warm and cooler places, like down out of the wind
and in a sunny area it will be warmer, and if ur in the wind and in the
shade the temperature will be cooler. it will be cooler or warmer behind an
object. if the wind is blowing the temperature will be warmer. if there isnt
any wind and your behind an object the temperature will be cooler because
there isnt any sun light to produce heat.
