These are the questions Mrs. Dempsey's Second Grade Class from Dunning
School, Framingham, Ma would ask:
l. Why are there more tulip gradens that emerged in 1999?
2. How come the UK tulip bloomed before the USA tulips?
3. How come there were less flowers in 2001 and 2000?
4. Why did they bloom so close to the north in 1999?
5. We could look in these places for information:

computer--under weather
radio and TV stations from people who work on the weather shows
control tower at the airport
