We would chose birds #402, #403, #408, and #420. We would chose these birds because we feel that these birds are the most dangerous ones and the most wild. It would be best for those birds to wear the satellite transmitters. These birds are hazards to other Whooping Cranes. Therefore, it would be most beneficial to know where they are and what they are doing at all times.
