Challenge Question #9:
?When will the chicks hatch for these 4 whooping crane pairs?

Pair Began Incubating
213 and 218 April 6
203 and 317 April 7
101 and 202 April 7
211 and 217 April 11

The chicks will hatch from pair 213 and 218 on about May 6th.
The next set of chicks (pair 203 and 317) and (101 and 202) will hatch around May 7th.
Then the last set (pair 211 and 217) will hatch about May 11.

We read how many days an average incubation period would take which was 30 days. Then we counted up 30 days on a calendar for when each chick begin to incubate.
