Hi I am a student from challenger middle school; I am in Mrs.Pfaff's/Ms. Miller's class 4th period. The answer to the challenge question 12 is: Resident killer whales eat fish not marine mammals and they have rounded tips on their dorsal fin. Transient killer whales eat marine mammals such as seals and as a last resort they eat gray whales and they have a pointed dorsal.

    Thanks,
    nick costa
