    We can conclude that the size of the Florida Manatee population count is lower this year from last year due to a decrease in the food source. Also, weaather patterns do not benefit the Manatee's needs. Their common predator, the human, may be killing them in boating accidents. If this year's count had been higher then the conditions for survival was favorable.
