Report Sightings!

Southerners are starting to see BIG numbers as peak migration approaches. An observer near Baton Rouge, Louisiana, describes the dramatic change that has taken place over the past 3 weeks:

"We had 4 resident rubythroats all summer. Now we're seeing between 20 - 30. The females are catching up with the males — we're noticing an equal number of both. Today a front is moving through and the hummers are nonstop at the feeders." Dolly J.  Denham Springs, LA  09/09/15
