Report Sightings!

Gone south! Thank you for sharing your observations and helping to tell the story of hummingbirds' fall migration. Keep watching and reporting — tracking continues through winter to document where hummingbirds are present.

News from Patricia Nethercote in Costa Rica:

"Ruby-throated hummers arrived at our home in Bagaces, Guanacaste on October 24th, right on schedule! The new arrivals were first observed at their favorite plant, Stachytarpheta franzii, but are now feeding at other plants too. This area is presently in drought conditions so bloom times could be behind schedule for some native plants."

Report Any Sightings
Please continue to report sightings weekly
as long as hummingbirds are present.

No hummers? No report necessary.
