Migration Map and Data Only
Migration Map
as of April 8, 2000

Here is the latest migration data for our 6 New York eagles. Look where Eagles K#70 and K#72 are now!

But When Will Eagle #F83 Finally Fly?
Only one eagle remains on the New York wintering grounds. What do you suppose Eagle #F83 is waiting for? (Maybe it was the blizzard that moved through Upstate New York last weekend!) He departed las tspring on April 11th, exactly one year ago today. Keep your eye on the weather in Upstate New York. Watch for a high pressure system to move into the area, with clear skies and plenty of sunshine. Before next week's update arrives, see if you can predict which day Eagle #F83 will fly. It should be this week!

Normal Schedule Resumes Next Week
We will go back to our regular schedule next week, and post the final three Bald Eagle updates for the season on: April 18, May 2 and May 16.

The Next Bald Eagle Migration Update Will be Posted on April 18, 2000.
