Whooping Crane Joan Garland     Joan Garland works at the International Crane Foundation (ICF) as Outreach Coordinator and WCEP Communications & Outreach Co-chair. Joan Joan visits schools along the route to teach kids about the cranes. She brings the costumes, puppets, and other fun things! She knows all about cranes and answers everyone's questions.
