| This view is from inside the blind, looking out through a camouflage net. A volunteer digs a plastic pipe into the ground. The pipe will carry fresh water to the pen from the blue barrels you saw on page 5. St. Marks Refuge Manager Terry Peacock and her team of workers and volunteers built it all in 2008.
