Dr. Richard urbanek attaches leg bands as Brian holds the young crane. Rosemary and I (Eva) took turns being the ‘glue girl.’ We held the glue and double-checked the color combinations as Richard worked. We worked silently. Remember: these young birds have never heard human sounds!
