Trish Gallagher

Intern Trish Gallagher helped with rearing and conditioning both the Classes of 2009 and 2010 at the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center in Laurel, MD.

Working with the cranes is a dream come true for Trish. She saw the film Fly Away Home and has wanted to work with Operation Migration for years! Trish is an engineer and geologist. Her main job is being an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Trish has been interested in the natural world and conservation for as long as she can remember. She expects her migration work to provide a unique view on the use of technology for the preservation of endangered species.
