Nighttime temperatures in parts of the country dipped last night. Take a look at this map that shows this past week's minimum temperatures. Then answer these questions:

  • Where were the temperatures near freezing?
  • How do you think cold nighttime temperatures could affect hummingbirds?
  • If you were a hummer, what would you do for protection?
