Art Inspired through Observation

Veteran teacher Judy Huter found a way to help her students observe and record changes in the Test garden. She presented them with the lesson, Focusing with O'Keeffe on the Details, then out they went to the garden to sketch their flowers.

Gather your notebook sketches, or tulip photos, some paper, and chalk. Focus on the details of a flower. Take the time to really look and create an art gallery in your classroom.
