We had a fun time planting our Red Emperor Bulbs today. We are planting our bulbs on the top of our hill on a burn site from 2005. It is on the top/south side so it will get the warmest sun early on. The soil is very rich. It is fall here, all the birch leaves are down. 09/29/11
