It seems that spring can bring fickle weather all over the Northern Hemisphere! A surprise snowstorm covered German tulip gardens with 15 cm of the white stuff last week. Good thing it was only a brief setback for Chemnitz and Brand-Erbisdorf tulips.
"The winter came back and so our tulips are small."
