Helping Hurricane Harvey Victims
In addition to our studies, one of the things we really love to do is get involved in community service projects to help others. After Hurricane Harvey hit the Gulf Coast of the U.S., we collected clothing and shoes to send to Houston, TX to help the people in need there.

Helping Neighbors in Neenah
Another service project we loved was helping our local neighbors rake leaves in the fall. Around our school, there are several people who are unable to rake their leaves, so our class went and helped them. We filled many, many bags! |

Samaritan's Purse Boxes
To help our international friends too, we packed boxes for the Samaritan's Purse project, which sends Christmas presents all over the world. Our middle school leads out of packing boxes!

Spirit Week!
To celebrate the school's basketball teams, we had a special Spirit Week with creative dress up days and an awesome glow-in-the-dark pep rally! In the lower photo, you can see Spirit Week with our younger buddies. It was class color day. |

Our City of Neenah
We live in a city called Neenah, in the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A. The city has about about 25,000 residents. It is located along the shore of Lake Winnebago, Little Lake Butte des Morts, and the Fox River. One of the most recognizable landmarks here is the lighthouse in this photo. The city is sometimes called The Paper City, because a very large paper mill was founded here.

Founding Fathers Statues
If you come to our city, you can see statues of several founding fathers of our country, which adorn our downtown city sidewalks. These statues include Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and George Washington, and they are limited in number and hand sculpted.

Wisconsin Wildlife
In our state of Wisconsin, we are lucky to have a lot of wildlife including wild turkeys, white tailed deer, sandhill cranes, and even black bear. We have a lot of turkeys, and deer hunting is a very popular sport in our state. We have a growing population of Sandhill Cranes. The black bear is common in the northern part of our state. |
