Countdown to Migration: October 10 Departure Postponed!

"Well, here it is October 10th, our target departure date, but we're not going anywhere," announced Liz from Operation Migration headquarters. "Weather conditions combined with the birds having so few training days together will keep us on the ground and at Necedah for at least today and perhaps longer."

Journey North will send a News Flash as soon as they take off, and that's when our daily Web updates begin. Stay with us; very soon the 17 crane-kids will begin their once-in-a-lifetime adventure!
