Explore: A World View with a Thermal Clue

As global gumshoes, you know how important it is to research every angle.

Last week, you had a taste of what it was like to peek into the daily lives of the secret Mystery Classes by studying a view from space.

This week, what can you learn about the locations from a different point of view? Will studying an animated temperature map of the world get you any "warmer"?

Journal: Question Springs Up on the Equinox

Did you notice that some locations did not have exactly twelve hours of equal day and night on last week's spring equinox?

What do you think causes the photoperiod to not be exactly 12 hours at some locations?

Write your thoughts in your journal and discuss as a class.

Testing: Eggstraordinary Events and Reminder

"Our egg is still standing, and it's been up for 3 days! Every class in the school came in to look -- then they saw our chart tracking the Mystery Classes. How excited they were!"

Ms. Quaglin, Monmouth Junction School

Are you getting any amazing test results like this past "eggsample" from a class in New Jersey?

Be sure to continue your egg balancing tests this week and next! >>
