FROM:
Convert location data from this format (47.235, -72.265)
to:
47.23N 72.265W (Lat/Long of first sighting)

TO:
Convert location data from this format (48.014, -69.882)
to:
48.014N 69.882W (Lat/Long of last sighting)

EQUALS: >>???>>
