2) Check each box as you complete each task. Enclose the Migration Checklist with your butterflies.

3) Mailing Address: You will find the mailing address on the Migration Checklist only. (Caution: This year's address is for Fall, 2008 only!)

4) Postmark Deadline: October 14, 2008
