Gardens in Alaska, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and in northern states are still coming along s-l-o-w-l-y.
"Just 3 tulips have emerged so far."
05/13/15 Anchorage, Alaska"Almost a dozen tulips have emerged, either today or yesterday. Rain is forecasted, so I'm curious how fast they will grow and bloom."
