Your Symbolic Monarchs have arrived in Mexico and school visits have begun.

Visits Begin

Estela Romero has begun her visits to the students in schools surrounding the monarch sanctuaries in Mexico. She brings Ambassador Butterflies and teaches students about monarch conservation that is shared between the United States, Canada, and Mexico. She sends you this message:

“At every single school the exchange of information about monarch butterfly conservation brings a variety of emotions, reactions, questions and discussions! All the students and teachers show great interest in learning about their neighboring cultures - the United States and Canada - and sharing with them some of ours. This makes a wonderful exchange of the responsibility for monarch conservation across borders.”

All school visits will be completed by early February when you will be able to search for your butterfly.
