Ruby-throated Hummingbirds Enter Upper Mid-West, New England and Ontario

From Crosby, MN: Mark saw his fist Ruby-throated Hummingbird on April 27th.
From Middleton, WI: Colleen reported "a male Ruby-throated Hummingbird who came back many times to the feeder.” (04/28/2020)
From Town of Hamilton, WI: Melissa spotted her first Ruby-throated Hummingbird on April 28th also.
From South Berwick, ME: Rachel reported her first sighting on April 29th.
Rufous Hummingbirds Now Seen in Alberta, Canada
More reports are coming in from Washington and a few more from British Columbia and Alberta Provinces in Canada.
From Crowsnest Pass, AB: Morgan observered a Rufous Hummingbird at the feeder on April 30th.
From Sparwood, BC: Marilyn spotted her first Rufous on April 30th a day earlier than her first sighting from 2019.
From Kettle Falls, WA: Rose Marie reported, “Finally, a male Rufous showed up! It's a clear breezy day at 2 pm and he is already taking ownership of one of the 3 feeders put up." (04/26/2020)
Broad-tailed Spotlighted in Colorado
Broad-tailed Hummingbirds have been very active in central Colorado.
From Elizabeth, CO: Jeani submitted this report, “Finally! We see one male and one female at our feeders. They are unusually late. Expected them 2 weeks ago.” 04/30/2020
