Laura tried to be very careful not to frighten Miranda, but one time
she sneezed! Miranda hightailed it out of there in a hurry! She instantly
turned around and went under the log in a space just right for holding
a toad. This little shelter can protect Miranda from predators, fierce
storms, droughts, and too much sun. Laura was afraid that Miranda wouldn't
come out again after her noisy sneeze. Do you think Miranda came out
