Snowy weather has stalled springtime for many gardeners. Southern garden tulips are blooming. We're having a topsy-turvy April.
Winter-like Weather
Earlier this week night time temperatures dropped down into the teens across the Upper Midwest and into Canada. This week snow storms dropped up to 10" of snow in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Can tulip plants survive cold and snow?
