Highlights: Welcoming the Waves!
Wow. 96 new Ruby-throated hummingbird reports this week! Rainy weather in Texas last week gave way to sunny skies, and the migration marches on. Meanwhile, Rufous hummers are pushing into Canada from the Northwest. Second graders way up in Wrangle, AK, are wondering when they'll see some of the action. (Meet them here >>)

Last month, males of both species seemed to be leading the way. But now females are reported to be charging north in greater numbers. What do you think is going on? (Learn more here >>)
