Mexico's
President Announces Conservation Plan
The
official opening of the monarch butterfly tourist season
took place on Sunday, November 25. This year, Mexico's President
Calderón
made a surprise visit.
Study the maps of the sanctuary region and learn why the
President's visit to the Sierra Chincua sanctuary is so important
for the migrating monarchs and the people of Mexico.
